Post-graduate training with application-oriented in order to supply high quality manpower with profound professional knowledge and practical skills is to meet the human resource demand of the society. The establishment of cooperation between universities and employers of post-graduated labor force is an effective method to guarantee manpower’s quality for labor market. However, currently, this coordination is still facing many limitations. This article analyses cooperation relationship between University and employers of post-graduated labor force with application-oriented; literature review, practical basis, characteristics, content and benefits of the collaboration between the two parties. This study also provides some recommendations to the State, universities and employers about measures to develop the training cooperation between universities and employers.
